About us

We provide support for contract preparation, review, negotiation, and ongoing management across the University, including:

• Review, preparation and negotiation of contracts
• Maintenance of the University’s contract register
• Document management and record keeping in relation to the University’s contracts
• Reporting on contract analytics to key stakeholders
• Scheduling contracts for renewal and/or amendment

The Contract Services team operates on a business partner model across all of the University’s Colleges and portfolios.

We help staff and students of the University and others, including members of the public, to access documents and records held by the University under South Australian Freedom of Information legislation.  We also help people seeking amendment to documents and records about them held by the University under this same legislation.

We also provide support for enquiries for access to documents and records and for help with amending documents and records outside of Freedom of Information legislation.
